Excavation and installation of several treatment plant structures including a 100,000 gallon concrete surge tank, truck unloading containment pad, and sludge dumpster pad. We erected two pre-engineered metal building systems complete with coiling doors, HVAC, lighting, and controls. We installed new walkways and platforms, manholes, industrial waste piping, air lines, automated trash rack, oil skimmers, davit crane, pumps, double and single wall process piping, heat trace and insulation, electrical systems complete including all instrumentation and controls necessary for treatment plant operations.
