Demolition and complete rehabilitation of all failing industrial waste structures and piping at two inspection pits, the tank car unload rack platform, the DFO tank containment dike, and the lift station/WWTP area. Pipe bursting, directional drilling beneath inspection pits, new manhole and pipe installation, concrete and asphalt restoration, and new recovered oil truck unload pad, as well as CIPP of IW pipes and coating IW manholes.
