Demolition of all jacking system components in existing 3 track railcar repair shop. All existing hydraulic jacks, pipe, electrical, controls and
power units were removed. Existing in floor concrete jacking pads were demolished as well.
New concrete jacking pedestals were placed and all new pipe, jacks, electrical, controls and power units were installed. All equipment was
tested, started up and turned over to the railroad for use with proper training.
This project consisted of over 6,000 pipe welds.
