Scope of Work:
- Demolish and replace track approaches to the existing washbay
- Remove existing concrete deck composing interior floor of the washbay
- Overexcavate and install modified subbase for new concrete mass block to compose new washbay floor
- Concrete installation constructing new floor's mass foundation and new concrete decking for the interior of the washbay
- Installation of new rail extending through washbay
- Supply and installation of rail seal, cast in place of the new floor
- Supply and installation of new trench drain and trench drain piping
- Supply and installation replacement washbay equipment guide railing
- Placement of new asphalt aprons at the entry and exit points of the washbay
